A couple of weeks ago, I had the honour of being interviewed by Iztok Franco in his DigginTravel podcast. 

We talked about the current goals and challenges in my current position at Air Europa, including building a team and setting a strategy across 30+ markets. I also shared our approach to developing a system of work based on data, personalization and user experience, and how we apply AI in different areas such as SEO or data analysis, reshaping our daily work.

Moreover, we had time to discuss my professional journey, from when I was working as a UX Designer to arriving, after several positions in between, to lead a team of 20+ people. How to handle these role changes, balancing short and long term vision in the current projects, or my approach to continuous learning were other topics that we covered too.
